Our Day Care Programme supports the care needs of clients who visit the Home on weekdays. We design meaningful activities to occupy clients with maintenance rehabilitation, social and recreational activities and where possible, promote participation in daily tasks and community living skills to help them integrate within the community. Therapeutic and behavioural support may also be included according to individual needs. Caregivers are encouraged to be involved in the care process to learn how they can better support their loved ones at home. The programme also provides caregivers with much-needed respite, knowing their loved ones are in a safe and supportive environment.
