Welcome to The Singapore Cheshire Home, located at 159 Serangoon Garden Way – Fondly known by residents as a place “Where Courage Lives”!
We are a long-term Adult Disability Home, providing holistic rehabilitation therapy, medical and nursing services round the clock for residents. Many of our residents suffer from neurological impairments, stroke, Parkinson’s, and muscular dystrophy which affect their mobility.
We also run a Day Activity Centre for clients who come daily for maintenance rehabilitation and social activities.
Our Programmes & Services
We provide a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for long-term and respite residents who require assistance with their daily living. We deliver care 24 hours a day, focusing on their dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
We offer basic maintenance and supportive therapy services as part of residents’ overall care plans. This includes assistance to help maintain their mobility, function, and general physical well-being.
We provide casework management, emotional support, and counselling services to residents and their families. The focus is on enhancing psychosocial well-being, coping-support, and access to relevant community resources.
We offer structured day programmes that includes maintenance rehabilitation, supports engagement and daily routines, and provides social interaction.
At Singapore Cheshire Home, every resident’s journey is a testament to courage, resilience, and the transformative power of holistic care, with each individual achieving meaningful milestones.
