Founded by Lord Leonard Cheshire in 1957, our Home residents have built trust and long-lasting relationships with each other. They participate actively in many social events, outings and festive celebrations throughout the year. This is made possible with our constant streams of volunteers who visit them regularly and have become their life-long friends.
More About Us
Our Story
From Humble Beginnings to Leading Adult Care Provider
Our journey started from a small wooden home located at Telok Paku in 1957, before relocating to Changi Creek and finally to Serangoon Garden Way, which is a purpose-built home from 1984.
We cater to the severely disabled, in line with Lord Cheshire’s desire to provide for the incapacitated. The Home gives these residents the chance to recuperate or to realise their potential in other ways despite their mobility constraints.
